As part of the student activities for the first semester, second-year students from the Therapeutic Nutrition Department at Queen Arwa University conducted a field visit to the Rawabi Food and Beverage Factory (Al-Najm Al-Urubi Company) on Wednesday, October 16, 2024.
The visit was supervised by Dr. Ghassan Ali Hashem, Vice President of the University, Dr. Lutfi Al-Rahbi, Dean of the College of Medical Sciences, and Dr. Mohammed Al-Sibai, Head of the Therapeutic Nutrition Department. Accompanying the students were Dr. Marwa Al-Absi, Dr. Norman Al-Aryani, and Dr. Maha Hassan.
The visit aimed to introduce the students to the stages of juice production as well as the yogurt manufacturing process. At the end of the visit, the students expressed their happiness with the knowledge they gained and extended their sincere thanks to the management of Al-Najm Al-Urubi Company for their warm reception and hospitality.
