Establishment

Since its establishment in 1995, Queen Arwa University has placed special importance on scientific research, recognizing the added value that specialized research and scientific studies bring to society and their contribution to its development. The university launched postgraduate programs in 1996 and has continually developed these programs to align with societal changes and the needs of local, regional, and international labor markets.

Objectives

• Offering competitive postgraduate programs, in accordance with the guidelines of the Council for Academic Accreditation and Quality Assurance.
• Introducing new programs that are competitive and responsive to the labor market.
• Preparing specialized scientific and professional competencies who hold postgraduate degrees.
• Providing student with the necessary research skills.
• Enhancing trust and cooperation with academic and community institutions.
• Organizing and holding conferences, seminars and panel discussions.
• Giving priority to studying issues related to the labor market and societal issues.
• Providing scientific advice.

Study Duration

• Minimum duration for a Master’s degree: Four semesters.
• Maximum duration for a Master’s degree: Six semesters.
• Study timings: 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM.
• Curriculum: 10 courses + thesis.
• Evaluation: 60% coursework (attendance, participation, assignments, reports), 40% final exam.
