-Summary- The PLC stand for programmable logic controller. It is a versatile system for most industrial processes due to its good response time and other better characteristics than other devices. In this paper three practical systems are carried out Drilling process, transfer process and lift control using PLC. It was found that any error give no response. The PLC system was described and the principle of operation was explained.
